Dig in and belly up for culinary arts and garden science on the farm! We will cook up some real fun canning, learning a bit about culinary safety, crafting, planting and painting, as we will explore the nature and flavors of the summer’s bounty. Study the science of bees, and the perfection of pies during this wholesome education in agriculture. Subjects in organic gardening, nutritious food choices, and the importance (and deliciousness) of eating locally grown food will be shared. Special surprise guests will be sprinkled throughout the week, as well as armloads of tasty treats for your kitchen. $295
