In this hands-on class, learn to make one of the world’s most iconic foods, authentic German pretzels, with Andrea Slouecker, author of the cookbook Pretzel Making at Home (Chronicle Books, April 2013). With a focus on pretzel making for holiday entertaining and family fun, she’ll divulge all the tricks for baking soft pretzels in a variety of shapes and toppings, and sweet salted caramel sauce and savory holiday spiced mustard dips for dunking them in, too.
