NIMBASH is an annual celebration of the arts and artists of Napa Valley, and the primary fundraiser for Nimbus Arts, a community art education and activity nonprofit serving people of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels.

Our 11th edition of NIMBASH, the Napa Valley’s ‘arty-party’ returns on 
Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Charles Krug Winery. 

 

Here’s the lowdown on the evening for ticket holders –
it’s sure to inspire and entertain you!

Arrive early because there’s lots in store!
Upload your COVID-19 documentation via the Crowdpass link that was sent to ticket holders to be assured a speedy party entry!

Getting to NIMBASH 2021:
We encourage Uber, Lyft or St. Helena Shuttle!
 
Parking Details:
Event Parking is located at the
Culinary Institute of America
2555 Main Street, St. Helena
(directly across from Charles Krug Winery)

Our charming shuttle drivers will take you swiftly across the street to our party destination!

Please note: there will be two other events at Charles Krug Winery on September 11th. Be sure to follow the signs for NIMBASH/Nimbus Arts and ask the helpful parking attendants!

Attire:
Napa Valley casual, or express yourself! This year’s NIMBASH theme is Alchemy, so let your imagination transform your attire into treasure!  Due to ongoing COVID-19 requirements most of this year’s event will be outside; please dress accordingly and bring a mask for indoor activities and check-in/check-out.

5:30 to 7:30 pm
Check-in
Check-in with our fabulous check-in crew to get your COVID-19 clearance, event badge, auction paddle and other important event materials.

We will be ready for check-out after the Live Auction,
once we have had a chance to enter all the auction bids.
Thank you for your patience with this process! 

Health + Safety:

The health and safety of our guests, staff and community is our top priority at NIMBASH.

If you’ve already registered your COVID-19 vaccination card with our digital health screening partners, Crowdpass, and received an “Approved” message, please be prepared to state your name at the check-in table. If you haven’t registered yet, please do so via the link sent to all guests.

OR

Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results taken any time on or after September 8 plus your photo ID. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) & Antigen tests conducted by a certified testing center or lab will be accepted. At-home COVID-19 test results will not be accepted.

If you choose to wait to show your COVID-19 documentation for the first time at NIMBASH, you will need to wait in the health screening line and then go to the end of the check-in line. Save time and submit this information beforehand!

You should have received a NIMBASH Health + Safety email, but please visit our NIMBASH 2021 Health and Safety webpage to learn everything you’ll need to know about the required COVID-19 protocols.
